Early Arrival & Extended Day Programs

Early Arrival
For parents who have to get to their morning destinations early, the school provides a free early arrival service. Students may be dropped off at school any school day as early as 7:00 AM. Students will be held in the parish center/cafeteria until 7:30 AM when they will be released to go to their homerooms. Actual general arrival begins at 7:30 AM.
Extended Day ProgramAn Extended Day Program is available on school days for all students of CCCS daily until 6:00 PM. It is staffed by CCCS employees. At 3:00 PM, the children attending the Extended Day Program will be dismissed to meet at a designated area. The children will have snack and playtime. Time also will be set aside for the children to do their homework.
Rates
Extended Day is a service offered to our parents from dismissal until 6:00 PM sharp. All payment will be through FACTS acct.
Full-time (regular attendance) $2,130 rate for 1 child Full-time (regular attendance) $1915 for each additional child Late Pick-Up (3:20-3:45 PM) $8 per child Late Pick-Up (after 3:45 PM) $16 per child Late Pick-Up – after 6:01 PM An additional charge of $5.00 per child for
pick-up between 6:01 PM and 6:15 PM and an
additional $5.00 per child for delays within
each quarter hour thereafter.Abbreviated Days $8 per child if picked up before 12:45
$22 per child after 12:45(Regular School Hours: 7:50am-3:00pm)
